Privacy

No account is required. Your builds, lists, favourites and settings stay on this device (app storage or the browser’s local storage) and do not sync between devices. If you sign in, only your name, e-mail address, BattleTag and the characters you link are kept with your account. There are no ads, and your data is never sold.

You can sign in with Battle.net, Google, Apple, X or e-mail. Your account keeps your display name, your e-mail address, your BattleTag if you have one, and the characters you link. Your game password is never requested.

Once you are signed in, the topics, replies, guild/group listings and Weekly Heroes showcase nominations you submit are public, with your name. The name and realm of the character you apply to a group with are shown only to its leader and its accepted members. Your reports (with a copy of the reported text) and the players you block are kept on our server only, under an account key that does not contain your name. A Faction War vote also needs sign-in; it is stored under a key derived from your e-mail address that does not contain your name, and results show totals only.

Optional, one-time consumable War Chest support packs in the mobile app are processed by the respective mobile app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) through RevenueCat; your card or payment details never reach our servers. Our server records only the verified transaction ID, the amount, the chosen side (Alliance or Horde) and, if you are signed in, your purchase history and optional Patron display name in order to calculate your cosmetic Patron tier (for app functionality only, never for tracking or advertising).

There are no ads, no third-party advertising networks and no cross-app tracking (ATT). When you use a feature that talks to our server (a character lookup, a vote, a group listing, screen interaction), our server records that event (type, platform and time; with your account if you are signed in) to run and maintain the service. Character lookups use public profile data from Blizzard and Raider.IO. Game data ships with the app; some images load from Blizzard’s and Wowhead’s image servers. A source link opens that site under its own privacy terms. The server hosting the website may keep standard access logs. On the website only, PostHog (EU data centre) is used to count visited pages, approximate country, browser/device type and link/button clicks anonymously: no cookies or local storage are used, IP addresses are not stored, sessions are not recorded, and nothing is sent when your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is on.

Settings → “Delete local data” removes everything on this device. If you are signed in, Settings → “Delete account” in the mobile app or on the web (https://wowforeverpath.com/settings) permanently removes your account, its event log, your votes, your community posts, your group/guild listings, your Weekly Heroes nominations, your reports, your blocks, your RevenueCat customer record and your War Chest Patron profile name from our server. You can also request deletion without reinstalling the app by writing to wowforeverpath@kolcu.ai.
