Burning Legion

Once the champion of the titan Pantheon, Sargeras learned that the powers of the Void sought to corrupt the world-souls and, in despair, resolved to burn creation rather than let it fall to them. He freed the demons he had imprisoned and won over the eredar lords Kil'jaeden and Archimonde to command them. The Legion invaded Azeroth in the War of the Ancients and again in the Third War, and its agents still lurk in places like Felwood and the Blasted Lands.
